Working principle:

Use a corn harvester to pick the ears while the corn is growing. Under the action of the picking roller and picking plate, the ear stems are pulled off. Due to the height difference between the inner and outer picking rollers, the ears fall into the ear box. After the ears are full, they are opened and stacked. The high-speed rotating cutter cuts the straw from the root and then enters the crushing mechanism to chop it into 3-5CM long pieces. After being chopped, the straw naturally falls to the ground.
